I remind myself that presence is power. Being here now is where life actually happens.
I put my phone away during meals. Food tastes better when I’m present.
I fill my time with what nourishes me—exercise, laughter, creativity. Those are better than endless updates.
I let go of the fear of missing out. Most of what I’m afraid to miss doesn’t actually matter.
I manage my screen time by practicing gratitude offline. I look around instead of looking down.
I use screens with intention. Every click should move me closer to meaning.
I unplug so I can reconnect—to myself, to people, to purpose.
I set reminders to look up. There’s always beauty waiting beyond the screen.
I manage screen time by creating more than I consume. Creating gives life purpose; too much consumption takes it away.
I remember that technology is a tool, not a lifestyle. I decide how much space it gets in my life.
