Vacuuming. I tell myself the crumbs are “not that bad.”
Unpacking after a trip. My suitcase becomes a second dresser for at least a week.
Reading instructions. I jump in, then wonder why nothing works.
The dentist appointment call. I’ll wait until the reminder email has a guilt-inducing subject line.
Updating passwords. I’d rather face mild identity theft than deal with changing my password..
Taking vitamins. They sit there judging me from the counter.
Organizing files. My desktop is chaos disguised as “system.”
Changing the sheets. I put it off, but clean sheets feel like luxury.
Meditation. I know it’s good for my mental health, but my mind wanders straight to my to-do list.
Ironing clothes. I live for wrinkle-free dreams and crumpled realities.
