The genie grants you a wish. What is it?

My one selfish wish would be to live in a different neighborhood. Due to affordability, I am currently located in the city. Sometimes, I hear loud, unnerving screaming at night. If affordability wasn’t an issue, I would prefer to live in a more rural environment.
