What are your best healthy eating habits?

I do not drink alcohol except on very special occasions like weddings. As of August 30th, 2026, I never drink alone, and I never drink around my family. What are your best healthy eating habits? Comment to let me know!

      Thank you! I am a former/recovering alcoholic, and so my goal is to get my family to trust me around drinking again. I did ketamine therapy this spring, and ever since then I find it easy to limit myself. My family still doesn’t trust me, though, so I don’t drink around them.
