What’s a quote that perfectly describes your outlook on life?

There is no quote that perfectly describes my life. This is one quote who’s sentiment I hold to be true: “Grief is the price we pay for love” — Queen Elizabeth II. In order to love someone, you will necessary suffer when they suffer. Everyone suffers, and so love necessarily implies grief will be felt. What’s a favorite quote of yours, and why?
