The Hunger Games

I’ve read The Hunger Games more times than any other book. It’s the kind of story I can pick up anytime and still get completely pulled back into the world and characters. Which book have you read more than any other? Comment to let me know!

Hm. Probably the third one. What about you?

Still the first one but I value your opinion of the third. I also enjoyed Sunrise on The Reaping, which I read over the Summer.

Cool! I’ve never read Sunrise on the Reaping, what did you like about it?

The structure felt similar to the original. And my favorite theme was Editing— the role editing plays in shaping public narrative, and the chilling power of omission, censorship. The movie adaptation comes out November 20 and I’m looking forward to that also.

I never read the book but I know the film had me sitting on the edge of the seat till I had a cramp. In my stomach.
