One way I improve my sleep is by inhaling an adequate amount of Indica weed before I turn off my lights. Weed is split into two main types: Indica and Sativa. Indica weed makes the body sleep, and Sativa wakes the body up. Most strains nowadays are composed of some combination of these – they are called Hybrid strains, or Hybrids.
