What do you do to improve your sleep?

To improve my sleep, I try to go to bed and wake up at the same time. This stabilizes my circadian rhythm. A circadian rhythm is the body’s internal clock. It operates on a 24-hour cycle. It synchronizes the internal process mostly with light and dark cues. What do you do to improve your sleep? Comment to let me know!
