I have grown this year in that I have begun to build healthy habits, like exercising and meditating, and I partake in these habits when I want to smoke weed. I still smoke weed sometimes, but it is in much smaller amounts much later in the day when I do now. Having a clear head for the majority of the day has affected me in great ways. I write more now, and I am actively working to change my relationship with my trauma.
