This year, I’ve learned that my bad ideas may often be stopped from manifesting in reality if I write them down. For a gift, my sister got me a notepad that has the words, “Bad Ideas,” written at the top. At first, I just used it as a notepad, but soon, I started writing down my ideas which I thought could potentially be bad. It turns out that I have a lot of bad ideas. Writing down these intrusive thoughts makes it easier to identify them as bad thoughts, and makes it easier not to do them.
What’s something you learned this year? Comment to let me know!
