I think Mars’ colonization may be possible, yes, but it would be slow. Initial settlers face extreme isolation. Life looks like tight-knit communities in hubs, 3D printing tools on demand, and genetic engineering for better radiation resistance. Social life via high-bandwidth links to Earth, but with 20-minute delays.
