One way to build confidence is by keeping track of goals you’ve achieved. It’s easy to forget how far you’ve come. What do you think is the best way to build self-confidence? Comment to let me know!

I think the best way to build self-confidence is by keeping small promises to myself. I’ve found that confidence doesn’t usually appear overnight—it grows when I consistently do the things I say I’m going to do, even when they’re challenging. Every small accomplishment gives me proof that I’m capable, and that proof slowly replaces self-doubt.
I also try not to compare my progress to other people’s. When I focus on improving from where I was yesterday instead of measuring myself against everyone else, I feel much more confident and motivated. For me, self-confidence comes from experience, persistence, and learning that mistakes are part of growth rather than something to fear.
