I handle fear and self-doubt by burying it and pretending it does not exist. Often, I behave as I wish to, without regarding consequences. Sometimes, this results in me behaving in ways that I regret. So, I handle fear and self-doubt by acting before I have time to think about my fear and self-doubt. I know it would be in my best interest to be more cautious, but my mind has always worked this way.
