How do you handle fear and self-doubt?

I handle fear and self-doubt by implying techniques taught to me in therapy. I am currently doing a Dr.-prescribed ketamine therapy. Neuroplasticity occurs at a heightened rate during a ketamine session. I have done four or five sessions already, and I am already noticing results. For me, this includes a diminished craving for substances and a better mood.

In the past, I have struggled with consuming substances in an appropriate way. Ketamine therapy seems to know what would make my behavior healthier and does it without me even having to put forth the effort. It has changed my life.
