How can you build a regular fitness routine?

Eating right and remaining consistent with one’s exercises is the way in which one builds muscle and endurance. Lately, I have been trying to build muscle in my abs. I try to do this by trying to do at least 50 sit-ups a day when I am staying at my house, which is most of the time.

Next week, I am going on a getaway with my internal family; that is, with my parents and siblings. We do not usually go on vacations together, but we are celebrating my mom’s retirement. It will be fun; I am already feeling the effects of the dopamine from anticipating it.

I am planning to do ketamine tomorrow, as part of my doctor-prescribed ketamine therapy. So far, I have only dosed twice. The effects have been good. I feel less of an urge to smoke weed. I will still smoke with others whenever it is around, but I have only smoked a little bit alone once, since I did my last ketamine dose. This is huge for me. I have used weed for a long time to assist me through struggles, but it had become a detriment to me living my best life. My memory suffered, and my focus was a little opaque.
