Thank you, that was my first thought as well, but then I decided that putting more nurses in public libraries might help those in more urgent need, assuming that there is a public library within reasonable distance of every neighborhood, but I was very conflicted because I thought actually maybe the first thing to do would be expanding public transit as well so thank you very much for mentioning this.
