      Yes. However, I learned in residential talk therapy that it’s bad to put your worth in your physical appearance. So, even though I know it’s nice, I try not to let it affect my self-worth.

        Who says the compliment has to be about the physical only? 🙂 self-worth is just as it sounds… something you have or build within.
