This photo was taken in my partner’s backyard. It is a photograph of some moss. I found this moss on the edge of the forest by the side of their yard. I thought it was beautiful, so I snapped a picture of it.
It is Feather Mosses, and it’s of the order Hypnales. This information is according the app iNaturalist, a plant identification app. It is very useful app for identifying any plant. I use it to identify local flora.
