This is a pot my sister painted for me. I just re-potted a plant into it, and, so far it is thriving. The pot is very beautiful – it’s double-sided. This means I can turn it around and reveal a different pattern depending on my mood. It has a green, latticed pattern on one side, and beautiful flowers on the other side. It is my favorite pot, and the fact that it was hand-painted for me warms my heart.
My partner and I actually randomly found this potted plant in a park in Illinois. It only had one visible sprout when we found it. Now, it has grown, and it sprouted two new sprouts. This was way more than the little pot could handle, so I re-potted it yesterday into this pot. It is the pot’s first time being used by me, and so far I have had no issues with it.
Painting a pot is a good gift idea. It costs almost nothing, and the recipient can use it for years to come.
