    Asthma, bronchiectasis, COPD, bronchiolitis, and multiple digestive issues (yeast allergy or intolerance but I have to wait to see an allergy specialist to know for sure).

    All true. Exercise is also extremely important to maintain your quality of life if you HAVE chronic illness. (Found that out the hard way 🀦)
