New Year’s Eve

I dragged my boyfriend downtown on New Year’s Eve. I didn’t get too drunk, which was good. I mainly held my partner’s hand and people watched. There was live music, and three young women with three young men sat at the table beside us. The women wore very short shirts and black leggings, and I caught myself staring more than once.
