Wisconsin, United States – America spends over twice as much on healthcare than any other country. Despite this, the United States actually has a higher infant mortality rate and unmanaged diabetes rate than other developed countries. It also lags behind in life expectancy (source).

Not only that, but America is the only first-world country that doesn’t have universal health care. This means citizens have to pay for their healthcare out-of-pocket or go through their insurance, which has all types of rules for what care they will fund, regardless of what a doctor prescribes.
