All cops are bad. Every single one. Think about it. They chose to place themselves in positions where violence IS PART OF THE JOB. Anybody who makes a point of inflicting pain on others to prove a point has some significant psychological issues.
Cops are there to protect us. Ha! We need protection from the police themselves.
