A holiday where letting go feels lighter than any gift.
Everyone practices something done by hand. Writing, painting, sewing, reading a read book.
Seriously. Nothing. No plans, no chores, no goals. Rest can be revolutionary.
People write love letters—to friends, family, partners, even themselves. Everyone deserves a love letter.
Everyone can complain—but only if you pair it with one solution. Children especially are brought to company board meetings and political gatherings, because they tend to have open minds. Positivity…
Everything slows down—speed limits, schedules, speech. Everyone can savor the moment.
Everyone apologizes for something. Healing disguised as a holiday.
No one buys pets today—only rescues and fosters. Shelters would empty, and hearts would be full.
A day to appreciate left-handed people and appreciate the struggles they face in a world made for right handed people.
People share one dream—no matter how wild—and take one step toward it, however small.
