Imagine trying to explain cloud storage to a time traveller from the past…
“Well, it’s a cloud. Not a real cloud but like a pretend cloud that people keep things on, things that only exist in 0s and 1s. You can’t see the cloud, or smell or feel or hear it, but it’s there. Where? Ooo, well nobody really knows. What’s kept on it? Oh, you know…photos, videos, documents. And you can access any of them at any time and from anywhere in the world.”
