What makes a good leader?

A good leader invites accountability and accepts it fully. An example of this was when my manager at Kohl’s asked us each every week, “What did you commit to last week? What happened? What are you committing to this week?” These three questions helped workers schedule out their own workloads. This increases autonomy among the workers. A person’s sense of autonomy is essential for Increasing wellbeing. Autonomy support is one of the qualities that makes a good leader.
