What food would you say is your specialty?

Sushi is both a culinary art and a study in balance. My specialty is crafting making rolls that combine fresh ingredients with meticulous technique. The rice must be seasoned just right—slightly tangy with rice, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Fish should be fresh, sliced thin, and handled gently to preserve its texture. Rolling with even pressure ensures the ingredients stay centered and the shape stays clean. Whether it’s a spicy tuna roll or a vegetarian cucumber roll, presentation matters just as much as taste. The result is a meal that’s as elegant to the eyes as it is delicious.
