What food would you say is your specialty?

Cooking my specialty — slow-simmered curry — has taught me more about life than I expected. When I first started making it, I was impatient. I wanted flavor now. But curry, like life, doesn’t reward rushing. It rewards attention.

You can’t fake depth of flavor; it comes from layering spices and letting time do its thing. The same goes for relationships, careers, and self-growth — the real richness shows up when you take your time and stay consistent.
