What’s your favorite word?

English is a rich and dynamic language – I am very lucky to speak it as a first language. My favorite word
is actually a curse word in Spanish – mierda – which means “shit”. I like the way mierda sounds. The word, though a curse, sounds kind of beautiful. It’s funny that its beauty contrasts with the actual meaning.
