How would you design the city of the future?

I would design a city of the future to be walkable and have lots of green space. The would be parks blocks from
you no matter where you lived. There would be plenty of trees, and vines growing on all the buildings. Transit would be
high-speed trains on rails raised up 100 feet in the air. This already exists, but I think it is a good concept.
