What is the most important thing to carry with you all the time?

My cell phone is the most important thing I carry with me all the time. I have it all the time because my safety could be
dependent on it. My sibling tracks my location, so if I disappear, they can see my location and send people to rescue
me. Plus, I can call 911 myself if I ever find myself in a precarious situation.. What is the most important thing to carry
