What would you change about modern society?

If I could change modern society, I would change women’s topless laws. It should be legal for women to go out in public without a shirt on, the same as it is for men. Or, at least make laws regarding the size of breasts, and make showing chests of a certain size illegal. Many men have large breasts. However, they can walk around in public without worrying about being arrested. To me, this is unfair. What would you change about society? Comment to let me know!
