I get around 6 AM every day to take my Adderall, and I usually fall asleep by 10 PM. This ensures I get adequate sleep. Sometimes, though, this isn’t enough sleep. I find myself taking long naps during the day. These naps mess up my sleep schedule. This is usually fine, though; I can compensate for these well enough.
