Now, I go to bed at 9:30 PM and wake up at 6 AM to take my Adderall. Adderall helps me stay awake and focus. After my brain injury, I don’t know why I had to go through 3 doctors 8 years later to finally be prescribed this medical necessity. When do you go to bed and wake up now?
