Spirituality is very important in my life. I reflect on my gratitude for nature often. Indeed, I reflect upon my gratitude for all the good things in my life every day. I know doing this is good for my mental health. I learned this when I attended residential therapy for 5 weeks after college in 2019. At that time, I recognized that I was struggling with severe major depressive disorder and anxiety. Being in residential therapy helped me a lot, and I still utilize coping skills I learned there to this day.
