I waste the most time every day by saying things I don’t mean. That is literally why I’m prescribed Ariripiprazole – to reduce my impulsive speech. People with Tourette’s syndrome take it. I do not have Tourette’s syndrome. I have a brain injury. A severe traumatic brain injury, to be exact. So, my medications assist me in a big way.
Maybe I need to go up on my dose of Aripiprazole again. It helps me think about how my words will sound to others before saying them.
