Which food, when you eat it, instantly transports you to childhood?
Quesadillas. “Tortillas with cheese,” me and my siblings would call them in English. We were always eating these. We would eat them for dinner as a treat or when we had tacos. The bland taste was very appealing to my sensitive pallet. Eating quesadillas made me feel happy and loved.
