Who is your favorite historical figure?

My favorite historical figure is Susan B. Anthony. Anthony played a pivotal role in the suffrage movement. In 1872, she voted illegally in a New York election when only men could vote. Sadly, the amendment giving women the right to vote wasn’t signed into law until 1920, years after he death. She became the first female citizen to be depicted on U.S. coinage in 1979.
