know this to be true, and I am experiencing it right now. My mental health has improved in a big way since I started living in a place where I get adequate exposure to nature. This is anecdotal evidence, but I learned that exposure to nature is a beneficial activity for mental health in residential therapy when I spent five weeks there in 2019.
