Friends

I want to participate in a “No Kings” protest, but I live in such a rural area that-

Nothing. If I want a ride there, I could get one. I’m just making excuses because I’d have no one to go with. My sibling is definitely busy this Saturday. I know this because they have so many friends.

I am different. I have very few close friends. Maybe one or two but that’s all. It’s okay, though. I am an introvert, and I enjoy spending time alone. Friends are nice to have, though, especially in situations like this.
