Consent

Some white men who are not related to me touch me. This really upset me. I hate that they feel entitled to touch my body whenever they want. This disturbs me. It bothers me greatly because I do not like it when anyone touches my body without asking. My body is not some plaything.
In the future, I will speak up when men approach me as if they are going to touch me. I will say, “Please do not touch me without my consent.”
I will practice saying this when I am alone, so that I will be ready next time this occurs.
