What’s one small improvement you can make in your life?

I can start taking ten minutes every day to walk. There is a loop in my neighborhood that spans almost exactly 1.25 miles. If I did this, my cardiovascular health would improve. and I would not be so out of breath when walking places with others. My mental health would improve with more exercise too.
When I went to residential therapy in 2019, I took up the habit of exercising often. I was addicted to marijuana at the time. However, it was forbidden at therapy because it was illegal in my state. I learned that a healthy way to get “high” was through intense exercise. I continued this tactic after therapy, which was great for my mental, emotional, and physical health.
