My day was excellent. I woke up after enough sleep and went to the kitchen to make coffee. My partner kissed me on the lips as soon as they saw me. Then, they kissed the top of my head. Again, they kissed me on the lips. I felt so happy.
Then, my partner left for work. I watched a bit of my lecture and went on a walk. I walked 1.25 miles, dropped my shirt back at the house, and walked .6 miles. Then, I felt tired, so I walked across the front yard and into the house.
After sitting inside for a while, I set out again and walked .6 miles. Then, I really did feel tired, so I went inside. I tried to nap, and even smoked some indica. But, I laid in the too-bright room and rolled around. This lasted until I mustered up the willpower to go outside again.
I walked .6 more miles, for a total of 3.05 miles.
I will repeat this twice a week until I’m ready to level up and walk 4 miles, then 5.
Have you ever set an exercise goal for yourself? What was it? How did your attempt turn out?
