My first time

Heineken is a Liquor Beer made in Holland. It goes down the smoothest of any beer I have tried yet. The majority of the flavor is hops, and it is crisp and refreshing. Some say it has a slightly bitter aftertaste, but it tastes great to me. This tracks, because I have never liked sweets too much, even as a child. I did not try Heineken until I was in my twenties.
I was visiting Chicago with some friends. While we waited for our laundry, Lucius ran to the bar across the street from the laundromat. I ran after him. He ordered a Heineken, so I ordered the same.
Lucius put the rim of the bottle up to his mouth. In one fluid motion, he tipped the bottle so that it was vertical and poured it’s entirety down his throat. I tried to imitate him, but I choked.
Lucius ran out of the bar and back across the street. I finished my bottle in about five gulps, and ran after him.
