Gratitude: Write down 5 things to be thankful for at the same time every day. A supportive friend, a beautiful sunset, or a delicious meal are examples of things to be grateful for.

Mindfulness Meditation: Focus on breathing. A few minutes of focused breathing can reduce stress, increase self-awareness, and support overall mental wellness.

Self-care: Make time for oneself in a relaxing bath, by going for a walk in nature, or by engaging in a hobby.

Boundaries: Practice saying no to commitments or situations that drain energy. Say no to commitments or situations which compromise well-being as well. This is a form of self-respect.

Connection: Build and maintain positive connections with community, family, and friends. Make efforts to reach out, spend time together, and share thoughts and feelings with people you trust.

Move: Regular exercise is very important. Find activities that you enjoy, like taking a brisk walk, doing yoga, or even dancing. The best way to maintain this habit is to make movement part of your routine.

Screen Time: Limit screen time on electronic devices. Prioritize offline activities that promote relaxation and connection with oneself and others.

Incorporating these positive habits can impact our mental well-being in a significant way. Be patient in sustaining mental health and happiness.
