Cuddling has many health benefits. Cuddling eases stress, is beneficial to heart health, relieves pain, fights colds, and deepens your emotional bond to your partner. My partner is very preoccupied with tasks and responsibilities, and so we don’t cuddle as often as I would like. I wish I could cuddle with my partner more often every day.
My favorite cuddling is cuddling when we are laying down in a bed. This allows me to completely relax and give all of my energy to the cuddle. As a 5’2″ person, I realize I have the advantage in cuddling experiences. I enjoy cuddling to the point that it provides serious mental benefits for me.
My partner seems to get significant mental benefits from sleeping alone. He sleeps on the couch now. When we shared a bed, the best moments of my day was cuddling. before bed.
