Creative Problem Solving

The last thing I really learned was a creative problem solving process: SCAMPER. S stands for substitute, C stands for combine, A stands for adapt, and M stands for modify; P stands for put to other uses, E stands for eliminate, and R stands for reverse/rearrange. I learned this from a class available online from the London Imperial College, which is a global top ten university. I would recommend it.
