My emergency preparedness plan is to simply react appropriately given the resources I have or to call 911. My boyfriend keeps a medical emergency kit in the bathroom, and so I would go straight to it in the case of a medical emergency. My youngest sister tracks the location of my phone as well, and so this would be useful if I ever was kidnapped or something.
