Make a list of goals you want to accomplish. This could be anything, as realistic or as nonrealistic as you choose. Now, your favorite goal and break it down into steps.
Then, start with tackling the first step. Take your time and do it right. Then, once you feel ready, proceed to the second step. Complete each step like this and you will eventually achieve your goal.
