What skills or lessons have you learned recently?

Recently, I’ve learned to compartmentalize. Compartmentalizing can be useful if you’re regularly around people who have different values than you.

At work, my job is to organize information and read to a blind employee. He holds vastly different values than myself, and I learned to compartmentalize this to work with him without stressing myself out.
